Meal Size

Standard: 6-7 oz of perfectly prepared protein with approximately 1½ cups of fresh vegetable sides.

Large: 7-8 oz of protein with about 2½ cups of vegetables.

Delivery Location

This is required. Our meals are delivered fresh to your gym two times each week. Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday’s meals are delivered prior to the end of the first scheduled class on Monday, and Thursday and Friday’s meals are delivered prior to the end of the first scheduled class on Wednesday.
