When can I expect my meals to be delivered?
Our meals are delivered twice a week. One package consisting of Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday’s meals will be delivered prior to the first scheduled class on Monday. A second package consisting of Thursday & Friday’s meals will be delivered prior to the first scheduled class on Wednesday.
How many people do your meals feed?
While each of our meals is designed to feed one person, you are more than welcome to split them up.
Who is cooking the meals?
Each of our handcrafted meals are prepared by our exceptional team of in-house chefs & food service professionals.
How do you come up with your recipes?
While ingenuity and savvy are evident in each of our unique dishes, our primary focus is on the health aspect of eating and the provenance and freshness of the ingredients. We are certain that just one bite of our gourmet Paleo will leave you craving another.
How do I reheat my food?
You will find convenient reheating instructions on your meal lid (providing the meal is designed to be heated prior to eating). In the event that your label has been damaged:
Microwave: Heat 1.5 to 2 minutes on high with lid removed
Oven: Remove meal from container, heat 10-12 min at 350deg in an oven safe container
What type of ingredients do you use?
We pride ourselves on sourcing the freshest ingredients possible. All of our proteins are free from Antibiotics, do not contain added hormones, and consume a vegetarian diet. Grass-fed, pasture raised animal products are used whenever possible and we obtain our vegetables locally when in season. To conform to the Paleo diet, our meals never contain grains, dairy products, legumes, refined sugar, or processed oils.
What about my allergies?
We will do our best to accommodate your allergies, please email or call us prior to ordering. Because of the nature of the diet, nuts and nut oils are used frequently in our kitchen.
Can I make substitutions?
You sure can!
New orders - please use the "customize this week's menu" link on the "order" page.
Recurring orders - simply reply to your confirmation email with any requested substitutions.
How long do your meals last?
All of our meals are delivered with "best by" dates printed directly on their label. When kept properly refrigerated, our meals will remain fresh until the printed date.
Do I need to be a member of a CrossFit gym to place an order?
While you do not need to be a gym member in order to place an order or pick-up your meals, we typically like to make an introduction prior to your first visit - if you shoot us an email, a member of our team will be happy to assist with that process. Please note that all CrossFit boxes post unique hours, and that you will only be able to retrieve your meals during these times.
Can you deliver the meals to my home or office?
While at the moment we only deliver to the specified "delivery locations" listed on our site, if you send us an email a member of our team will see if we are able to accommodate.
How can my CrossFit Box, Gym, or Office become a delivery location?
You can request to become a delivery location by emailing us at [email protected] or calling (631) 868-0123.
Can you deliver my meals on a different schedule?
Our delivery schedule and ordering deadline is designed so we may supply you with the freshest product possible. At this time we can not accommodate delivery schedule changes.
What is your refund policy?
Once your meals have already been delivered, we are unable to process an order cancelation/refund.
If you are terribly dissatisfied with a meal or received the wrong order, please let us know and we will do our best to correct the issue.
If you are a weekly subscriber on our auto-renew plan, you must cancel your meal plan before the Thursday cut-off time. If you are unable to pick your meals up for the coming week and have already been charged, please let us know before the Monday delivery and we will be happy to deliver your meals a different week.
